We reserve the right to update these terms, conditions, and notices, and by using our website and facilities, you agree to accept and comply with the terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your usage.

4. Compulsory Terms & Conditions

• The Umrah visa stay is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, not from the date of entry.
• All individual Umrah visa holders must ensure their transportation is arranged in advance of their arrival at Jeddah and Madinah Airports. Failure to arrange transportation or accepting a free ride from the airport will result in a Naqaba fine of up to 500 SAR per passenger, which must be paid by the agent to Tripzen Private Limited immediately.
• Any Umrah passenger who overstays their visa will incur a fine of up to 25,000 SAR.

6. Ticketing through QPNR Menu

Users are accountable for any charges or debits issued by airlines or the GDS system resulting from bookings made via the GDS system and ticketed through the QPNR menu provided by Tripzen Private Limited. Users agree to compensate for these charges as necessary.

7. Right to Cancellation

The User agrees to provide only accurate and truthful information when requesting services from Tripzen Private Limited under this agreement. Any misrepresentation of facts by the User will invalidate this agreement and disqualify the User from utilizing the services offered by Tripzen Private Limited. Should Tripzen Private Limited discover or suspect at any point, either during or after receiving a service request from the User, that the request is unauthorized, the information provided is incorrect, or any fact has been misrepresented, Tripzen Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any necessary action against the User(s), including cancellation of bookings, without prior notice.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, including our officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, actions, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any nature, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

(a) your breach of these terms of use; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of this website.

9. Software Available on This Website & White Label Solutions

Any software available for download from this website ("Software") is the copyrighted property of Tripzen Private Limited. Your usage of the Software is subject to the terms of the end user license agreement ("License Agreement"), if one is provided or included with the Software.

Tripzen Private Limited offers white label solutions to travel agencies, providing them with a ready-to-launch travel agency website complete with booking features. These websites are subject to the same Terms and Conditions outlined here. By utilizing our white label solutions, travel agencies agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, ensuring compliance with the governing laws, dispute resolution mechanisms, and all other provisions as specified.
