Tripzen reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

days, depending on the bank, airline, and service provider.

delay, cancellation, baggage loss, or service failure by airlines, hotels,

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and promotional fares are strictly non-refundable.
