03. Hotel Bookings Cancellation is subject to hotel policy. Refunds are provided as per the cancellation terms mentioned at the time of booking.
Hotel cancellation charges may vary depending on the property, room type, rate plan, check-in date, season, and supplier terms.
04. Holiday Packages Cancellation charges depend on the suppliers involved. Detailed terms will be shared at booking.
Holiday packages may include hotels, airlines, transfers, sightseeing, and other third-party services. Charges apply as per supplier rules.
05. Visa Services Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authorities.
Visa approval, rejection, delay, or processing time is controlled by the respective embassy, consulate, or visa authority.
06. Cancellations by Tripzen Tripzen reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Tripzen Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings when circumstances require such action.
07. Refund Process Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Refunds may take a minimum of 1 working day to a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the bank, airline, and service provider.
08. Important Notes Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Tripzen Private Limited bears no liability for acts, omissions, defaults, delay, cancellation, baggage loss, or service failure by airlines, hotels, car rental operators, ferry companies, tour operators, wholesalers, or other suppliers. Supplier-specific terms and conditions may apply to all bookings.
09. Non-Refundable Items Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and promotional fares are strictly non-refundable.
Advance purchase, discounted travel products, promotional fares, and certain supplier offers may involve substantial cancellation charges or no refund at all.
